We've teamed up with our friends from the Cyber Safety Project to bring you another banger that combines a clever acronym with some sage advice about taking a break from your device. ‘S.T.A.R.T’ encourages students to notice when it's time to ‘Switch’ off and ‘Take’ a break, and suggests ways to get ‘Active’ and ‘Rest’ before it's ‘Time’ to go back online. Not only is this song super catchy, but it puts the ball in the kids' court to ‘start to take control’ of their screen time and balance it out with other healthy, fun activities. Great for accompanying a cyber safety lesson, performing at an assembly or just grooving to during a brain break!
