Our School Subscription option is now live!

Unlike our current Individual Subscription options, School Subscriptions allows schools to pay for and manage multiple users. Administrators will be able to manage the account, handle billing and add or remove users. Each teacher will have their own Cub Club account, with full access to Pevan & Sarah videos, printables and a customisable ‘favourites’ list.

FAQ

How much does it cost? Subscriptions cost $120 per user, per year (the same price as a 2025 annual individual subscription). Billing is managed through a central administrator account. 

My current subscription just rolled over or is about to roll over. Do I have to cancel my subscription to join a school account? No need! We've made migrating from individual accounts to school subscriptions super easy. You can maintain access to your current account until your school's account is set up, and you'll be refunded for any remaining time on your individual account once you migrate (provided your email address between both accounts is the same -  if you're using a personal email address with your individual account, here's how to change it to your school email before your administrator invites you). 

How many teachers can be associated with one school account? There is a minimum of two ‘User Seats’ per school account. There is no maximum limit to how many users can be associated with a school account.

What payment options are available? Schools have the option of paying instantly with a credit card, or generating an invoice to pay via EFT or credit card (admin fee of $15 for this option).
