Cub Club Subscription Support

HOW MUCH IS IT?

$89 per year or $7.99 per month gives you access to all of our content. Our subscriptions automatically roll over and you can cancel at any time. 

CAN I MAKE A SCHOOL ACCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE TEACHERS AT MY SCHOOL?

Unfortunately, this feature is currently not supported in Cub Club. We are hoping to include this in future upgrades. In the meantime, if you need more than 5 accounts please contact us at cubclub@pevanandsarah.com and our team can assist you.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Given the nature of digital resources and their ease of copying and distribution, we have a zero-refund policy. However, if for some reason you are experiencing unforeseen technical difficulties please contact our team at cubclub@pevanandsarah.com and we will endeavor to rectify the issue.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

In the “Account” tab you will see a “subscriptions” section. Here you will be able to cancel your subscription.

How can I change my subscription?

If you would like to change your subscription type (monthly to yearly or yearly to monthly), click the account tab, then the subscription tab and then click "Change Plan" 

Update payment details

To update your payment details, go to the account tab, then subscriptions and then click "Update".

Why am I seeing the sign up page when I already have an account?

In order to view videos and download printable resources in Cub Club, you need to have an active subscription. There are a few reasons why a subscription may not be active but here are the most common reasons.

  • Failed payment transaction (see "Update payment details")
  • Expired credit card information (see "Update payment details") 
  • User cancelled their own subscription.

If you have cancelled your subscription and wish to re-subscribe, login with your username and password, go to the "Account" tab, click "Subscriptions" and then click "Re-Subscribe".

Can I get an invoice?

When you sign up to any Cub Club subscription you will be asked to give your credit card details. Once sign up is complete, you will begin your 7 day trial. When the 7 day trial is complete, your card will then be charged for your first payment cycle and you will receive an invoice .pdf via email. If you do not receive the invoice via email you can access it anytime in your account. 

Go to your "account" tab, then "Payments", then click "PDF" in the download column. 

Video Streaming/Resources Support

This support section assumes that you have an active Cub Club subscription and you have successfully logged in with your username and password.

Video will not load at all

If you can see a video page but are unable to see the video player, or see an error screen like the photo above, this usually implies there is an issue with a firewall on your school network. You will need to contact your local IT Coordinator and ask them to "Whitelist" the website vimeo.com & vimeocdn.com. This will allow videos to be viewed. 

Videos load slowly or "buffer"

We optimise our videos for best performance on slow connections and in rural locations. Unfortunately, streaming and buffering issues are difficult to troubleshoot as there are a number of variables that can have an impact on streaming performance. We recommend reviewing the suggestions from our video hosting provider Vimeo for best advice to improve performance.

MY RESOURCES ARE NOT PRINTING CORRECTLY?

All of our resources are designed to be printed in A4 size. Unfortunately, because all printers and machines are slightly different, there can be multiple reasons for printing issues. However, we find the best results are achieved when the “scale to fit” option is ticked in your printer settings. Using the manual scaling method can also achieve great results. If you are still having issues, please contact us at cubclub@pevanandsarah.com and our team will be able to assist you.

Cub club is a yearly subscription service providing teachers and families access to all of Pevan & Sarah’s videos, music and educational resources through its safe and ad free platform on the web.

I’M A PARENT, HOW DO I GET ACCESS?

Parents are welcome to sign up as well. In fact, we believe our resources are the perfect supplement to any home learning strategies. Plus, with no advertising, online commenting or access to unrelated content, it is safe for kids.

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE BEFORE I SUBSCRIBE?

Sure! Why not sign up for a 7 day free trial of Cub Club. You can cancel before the 7 days are over and you will not be charged.

HOW OFTEN IS CUB CLUB UPDATED?

Cub Club is being updated with new videos and resources each month! I know, right? It’s just going to get bigger and BIGGER! Tune in to our monthly newsletter to keep up to date with all of our new content.

HOW DO I USE CUB CLUB IN MY CLASSROOM OR HOME?

This is really up to you. I mean, if you’re a teacher, you’re basically a super hero so I’m sure you’ll work it out! 🤣  But, Cub Club is all about the engagement factor. We are the perfect opener to any literacy or numeracy lesson. Need a cool down after a hot recess? Dance along to “Hydrate”. Need 10 minutes of quiet reading, use one of our simple count down timers.

We create many of our resources in multiple versions using fonts from all states and territories in Australia.
